Our Event Planning PROCESS

iNITIAL Meeting
We want to meet with you and get to know your vision for the event. This includes the number of guests, your budget, and what services you will require. Based on your needs, we will help you find the perfect vendors to choose from for your event.

Preparation & Reminders
We will handle the booking process for each vendor choice and send you reminders for follow-up when necessary. This includes scheduling decision events such as cake tastings, as well as deadlines such as what flavor of cake you want to go with.

Day-Of Coordination
Just relax and leave the tedious parts to us! We will develop a schedule based on your expectations and be on-site to coordinate with vendors on the day-of to ensure the event stays on time and matches your vision.
